I like to help people to improve their quality of life at whatever stage they are at; whether it’s for a relaxing treat, a sports injury, or a chronic health condition. I began my training 25 years ago with the Middlesex School of Complementary Medicine and have continued to train over the years with qualifications from ITEC, City and Guilds, Jennifer Young Oncology the JING method of advanced clinical massage and RESTORE therapy for Scar Massage. My qualifications include gentle aromatherapy, Indian head massage, hot stones massage, sports massage, specific clinical massage for symptoms such as dental pain, tinnitus relief and muscle injury and scar tissue massage.

Alongside my private practice I am privileged to work with several local hospitals and charities providing support for patients and their carers. I support patients through their cancer journey from diagnosis through recovery. In the local hospitals I work with the palliative care team, providing therapy to patients while they are in hospital and Oncology for patients having chemotherapy. I collaborate with the motor neurone disease association providing therapy for patients in their homes to improve their quality of life.

I am registered with the CthA (Complementary Therapy Association), AOC (Aromatherapy Organisation Council) and the CNHC (Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council) and also have a current DBS check.
