My name is Erica Teegan. I am a specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist working in the Liverpool area. I offer scar massage for a range of scar, old and new, as well as massage, Pilates and physiotherapy.
I am passionate about supporting people to better understand their bodies and facilitating freedom of movement, improving confidence and body image.
Working with you, I will build a care plan that encompasses all of your goals and looks at you as a whole person and not just a presenting condition.
Working within pelvic health I have specialist knowledge and understanding of c-sections and management rehab postnatally however, I have experience treating a range of presentations and old and new scars from various means.
