Sarah Rose Pearce-Mariner

I am currently a full-time massage therapist and reformer pilates trainer at Ten Health and Fitness in Kings Cross.
I treat and train a variety of clients with varying goals and needs. From rehabilitation after injury or surgery to clients training for specific events as well as those focusing on general fitness and wellbeing.

Each session I tailor to individual needs and we work as a team to achieved the desired goals, be that in the treatment room or in the gym. I’m extremely passionate about helping people feel better within themselves, to decrease pain, increase freedom of movement and gain confidence in their own skin.
