After suffering with a bulging, leaking disc, taking lots of painkillers and waiting for operation, I was fortunate to try ‘alternative therapies’ with fantastic results. I subsequently trained in Kinesiology and Reiki to understand the techniques better and maintain my own health and help others. Since then I have added to my therapy toolkit as I have found techniques that I know will help my clients. Restore scar therapy being the most recent addition, added due to its gentle technique that give great results, helping to improve movement which has been restricted by scar tissue, whilst also improving sensation and general acceptance of the scars.
