I am a holistic therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals through physical, emotional and life-stage transitions. My work is rooted in compassion, safety and deep listening. I offer specialist Scar Therapy sessions to support recovery after surgery, or radiotherapy. Tailored with care for your unique needs.

I provide gentle, evidence informed scar therapy in a calm, non – judgemental space. My approach integrates scar therapy with tools such as aromatherapy, reflexology, reiki and HEARTS Process for pain and anxiety relief.
