Welcome! I am an Oncology Physiotherapist with experience in both the NHS and private sector, deeply committed to supporting individuals at every stage of their cancer journey. My aim is to provide accessible scar therapy locally and empower you with the knowledge to help achieve long-term self-management of your scar/body.
Having completed the Oncology RESTORE Scar Therapy training with Emma Holly in 2023. I offer specialised oncology scar work and massage post-operatively. I find immense joy in helping people explore what’s most important to them and working together to decide what to focus our sessions on and I pride myself on putting my clients goals first. My focus also encompasses oncology prehabilitation and rehabilitation, and within my NHS role I work closely with a range of oncology client groups to optimise health and well-being.
I welcome individuals at any point, from the outset of diagnosis to those requiring palliative care physiotherapy. Sometimes in a palliative setting scar massage is not suitable therefore to complement this, I have also completed a course in myofascial release/relaxation specifically for palliative care, enabling me to provide holistic support tailored to each patient’s needs.
Each appointment will be tailored to your needs. It’s a safe and welcoming space where you can relax, reconnect, reflect, and prioritise yourself. I’m here to listen and collaborate with you to achieve your goals. Ultimately, I want you to feel ready and confident to get back to the things that truly matter to you.
