Nicola Bowden

I’ve dedicated my career to learning and promoting well-being. My journey began as a college lecturer teaching beauty and complementary therapies, until I decided to take the leap into self employment.

In addition to my professional practice, I’m also a volunteer at The Old Mill Foundation Cancer Charity, where I provide therapeutic massage treatments for clients affected by cancer.

I had the incredible opportunity in 2022 to travel to India and train as a yin yoga teacher. This experience inspired me to offer monthly yin yoga and yoga nidra sessions. It was truly a journey of a lifetime, and I’m passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with others.

Outside of my work, I treasure moments spent with my beautiful family and friends and being outdoors with my fur babies. They bring joy and balance to my life.
