I am a dedicated Reflexologist, RESTORE Scar Therapy Practitioner, and Lead Massage Therapist, practising across Ealing and Wandsworth, London. I hold a Level 3 ITEC Diploma in Reflexology and a Level 3 ITEC Diploma in Massage Therapy from the Richdales Institute and I am a qualified RESTORE General Scar Therapy Practitioner. I have experience working with a wide range of scars, including surgical and post-operative scars (hysterectomies, mastectomies, breast augmentation, spinal surgeries, hip and knee replacements, appendectomies, and limb surgeries), caesarean section scars, trauma and accident scars (including deep cuts and sports injuries), childhood scars, skin grafts and burn scars, cosmetic surgery scars, and post-operative swelling, where lymphatic drainage and scar therapy play a vital role in recovery.
I using hands-on techniques to soften and mobilise scar tissue and the surrounding skin, connective tissue, and muscles. By gently working through these layers, treatment helps improve blood flow and lymphatic movement, supporting oxygen and nutrient delivery, healthy scar tissue remodelling, and both physical comfort and emotional healing.
