I qualified as a physiotherapist in 2001, specialising in neurology and then palliative care for the last 12 years.
I set up my own freelance physiotherapy business, Reiz Up, in 2024.
Having completed a physiotherapy specific cancer rehab course in 2024 and now running weekly adapted Tai Chi exercise groups at Nottingham Maggie’s Centre, I became particularly interested in Scar Therapy and breast cancer rehabilitation. I’m passionate about supporting people with cancer to improve their function, activity levels and wellbeing. I’m a regular runner (plodder) with Move Against Cancer 5K Your Way.

I’m interested in supporting individuals pre/post gender affirming top surgery.
