Hello, my name is Lorraine.
I am a Mobile Massage Therapist meaning that I will travel to your home and bring everything I need with me. All I need you to provide is space, approximately 3m by 4m and somewhere to park for free. I work in and around the Portsmouth area and am happy to travel up to 10 plus miles into the surrounding countryside.
I am a certified massage therapist with over 20 years experience in both bodywork and wellness and began my career as a beauty therapist in London in 2003. I then went on to train as a massage therapist, moving on to Sports massage in 2010. I have been working for Portsmouth Hostpital since 2020 and I qualified at an Oncology Scar Specialist in 2024.
My scar massage is a specialised technique that gently softens and mobilising scar tissue to improve flexibility, reduce tiredness and enhance healing. Through precise and mindful touch, I can encourage healthy circulation, relieve discomfort and help the skin and underline tissues, regain, smoothness, comfort and natural movement, while supporting your emotional and physical recovery.
My goal, with each massage, is to create a moment of complete relaxation for you, each treatment tailored to your needs. I want you to think of each session with me as an opportunity to restore your balance and energy, both body and mind.
My signature approach blends a soothing flow of Swedish massage with the precision of sports expertise combined with wisdom from clinical practice.

I first met Lorraine at The Macmillan Centre for a therapy session (which I found very relaxing). Lorraine followed up with several treatments, which included Scar Therapy. I feel that has helped immensely with the movement and pain I was suffering with, especially when laying on my side during the night. Lorraine has also guided me on exercises I can do to help myself with the freeing up of tightness of the muscles, caused by surgery. Lorraine also assessed, through massage, areas of my body that would benefit from ‘extra’ work. I found that the sessions have also helped with the pain in my shoulder, again caused by the tightness of muscles. Recently I experienced Ear-candling for the first time. Very enlightening (no pun intended). I feel that Lorraine has a ‘Holistic approach’ when assessing the needs of ones body, and am very thankful to Lorraine, for the continued support she offers.
