Hi, I am Lindsey, I work in Brighton and Hove providing scar therapy, oncology massage and manual lymphatic drainage. I am qualified to work on all scars, whether they come from a C-section, oncology, joint replacements, an accident, cosmetic surgery or other surgery. If your scar is bothering you for any reason, such as it’s tight, restricting movement, blocked, painful, difficult for you to look at or touch, or bothering you in another way, I can help you. It doesn’t matter how long you have had your scar, I can work on old or new scars!
I love my work, I have a gentle and sensitive approach which helps you to feel relaxed and calm. Our first session will start with a consultation where I find out your needs, aims and goals for scar therapy and we create a treatment plan from there. As well as Scar therapy, I also incorporate my other skills, as required, to best work on your scars and to accelerate healing, such as lymphatic drainage, kinesio taping and pain free movement. My work is holistic, non invasive, gentle and painless.
