Lila has been working as a Clinical Specialist, Trainer, and Advisor with the NHS and private hospitals for over 12 years in the South of England. Working with different clinics and community services specialising in; Lymphoedema, Lipoedema, Oedema, Tissue Viability, Wound Healing, Post Operative, Physiotherapy, Orthotics, Vascular, Burns, and Amputee clinics. She has regularly conducted specialist training and clinical advice in all the above fields.

Lila has worked with 3 leading compression garment companies who manufacture compression medical garments worldwide. She feels very passionate about patients with Lymphoedema and unwanted oedema, particularly as her late mother suffered
with lymphoedema. The compression garment market is changing and evolving like never before. There are so many new, comfortable, breathable and colourful garments available and on prescription. A clinical specialist in measuring patients for all types of compression garments, Lila has an extensive knowledge of custom made, off the shelf and other bespoke solutions for patients. Clinically proven new options, different colours, materials and strengths of compression are available, something for everyone!

Undertaking nursing qualifications at the beginning of her career, Lila later qualified in Clinical massage in 2003 then later became a Level 4 Personal Trainer. Lila also holds qualifications in Sports/Remedial Massage, Sports Injuries, Nutrition for health, Posture analysis, Nutrition, Pelvic Floor health, Kinesio Taping and Restore Scar Massage Therapy. Hungry to learn more about the physiology of Lymphoedema to enable patients in private clinical practice. Lila qualified in FG-MLD (Fluoroscopy Guided – Manual Lymphatic Drainage)
