Hi, I am Laura. This is a second career for me. Post pandemic, I made a career and life change to return to providing massage therapy, which I qualified in many years ago. I set up my lovely treatment room, based in my home in 2020 and here you will find a little oasis of tranquillity and calm. My life experience as a mother with two grown up children, going through menopause and career changes has given me a wealth of additional skills that my clients really appreciate. Oncology Restore Scar Specialist A specialist treatment to help anyone with a scar no matter how old. The fibres of a scar can often create a pulling sensation or numbness, excess fluid in the area and and feeling of being pinned down which can be released with specialist massage techniques.
Myofascial Release Massage a specialised treatment that releases restrictions in your body's fascia or connective tissues. Deep Tissue Massage a deeper massage that focuses on releasing the deeper restrictions of muscles, tendons and ligaments allowing the free flow of nutrients and oxygen to the blood. A deep tissue massage can be relaxing, my massage is always measured to your own personal comfort and for effectiveness and without force.
