Katy is a graduate Sports Therapist and Pilates instructor, which shapes her practice to a whole-body rehabilitation approach.
Katy can address any musculoskeletal issues that may have developed as a result from scarring, as well as the scar itself. This allows for a total recovery to overall reduce your symptoms including pain, and rebuild strength and support with appropriate exercises.
Katy has additional external training in female abdominal surgeries, growing her passion for work within women’s health. She has a lot of experience working with C-Section and hysterectomy scars.
