Kara Frenehard
As a qualified traumatic scar massage therapist, a certified BTEC 5 sports massage therapist, a Warriors at Ease trained movement and mindfulness teacher who is RYT500 with Yoga Alliance, I have had the privilege of working in a variety of wellness clinics, disability charities, and high-profile events such as the London Marathon for BLESMA (The Limbless Veterans Charity) and Invictus Games Training Camps.
I run a mobile practice catering to individuals from various communities across the UK and from my clinic in Croissy sur Seine, France. My services are designed to help people with physical injuries, providing them with the necessary tools to achieve optimal wellness.
In my practice, I offer a range of specialized services, including scar massage, which helps to improve the appearance and functionality of scar tissue. I also provide trauma-informed adaptive yoga, which is a gentle and safe way to practice yoga that is specifically tailored to individuals with trauma histories. Additionally, I offer meditation classes that are customized to meet the unique needs of each participant.
My goal is to help people find the wellness practices that work best for them and to provide them with the support and guidance they need to achieve optimal health. I take pride in my ability to make a positive impact on the lives of those I work with, and I am constantly learning and growing to provide the best possible care.
