I’m Jenna Dockerill, a qualified C-section specialist and osteopath, and the founder of C-Results.My journey into this field began after experiencing two C-sections myself. I was shocked by how little support and guidance was available to help women rehabilitate and recover fully – both physically and emotionally. This experience inspired me to create C-Results – a space where women feel seen, supported, and empowered in their postnatal recovery.

At C-Results, I specialise in working one-to-one with women to optimise their healing after a C-section. Whether you’re weeks, months, or even years postpartum, my approach is tailored, hands-on, and evidence-informed, blending scar therapy with whole-body rehabilitation.

I continue to practise as an osteopath, with a special interest in pregnancy, postnatal care, and treating newborns – particularly supporting latch and feeding issues, and other early-life concerns. My dual specialism in osteopathy and C-section recovery means I understand how deeply interconnected the scar and the musculoskeletal system are – and how important it is to treat the whole person.
