With over 28 years of clinical experience, I am dedicated to delivering a holistic and integrated approach to health and wellbeing. My practice specialises in therapeutic modalities including massage therapy, energy therapy, aromatherapy, flower remedies, and mindfulness-based relaxation. I am also experienced in teaching Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra-informed meditation.

My work is strongly rooted in oncology and palliative care. I have extensive specialist experience working within London and Manchester NHS Trusts, supporting patients at various stages of cancer care. My clinical expertise includes providing evidence-based touch therapy, aromatherapy, and mindfulness-based interventions to enhance patient comfort, relieve symptoms, and support overall wellbeing.

In addition to my NHS and Hospice work, my clinical practice has extended internationally, including supporting survivors of trauma in Bosnia and contributing to integrative care at a yoga retreat and training centre in Spain. My professional approach is compassionate, patient-cantered, and informed by a deep commitment to supporting individuals through challenging health journeys.
