Coming from a sporting background and having suffered and rehabed from many injuries, James has a unique understanding of and approach to the body and massage. Using skilled manipulation techniques he can help to mobilise, lengthen, restore and improve the muscles and joints and anything associated to sports injuries. Adding scar tissue therapy to that experience and expertise, arms him with another advanced technique to help with rehab and recovery.
