Helen is a medical Massage Therapist with over 19 years experience working with clients. Awarded an Associates Degree in Occupational Studies in Massage Therapy from the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences in Manhattan, New York City 2007. Board certified and fully insured since 2008. Noe returned to Shrewsbury in 2020 Helen has a thriving practice supporting prenatal (after the first 16 weeks) and post partum mothers, for full body massages and caesarean scar work. My training has allowed me to work along side acupuncturists, chiropractors, physical therapists and in top spas in Manhattan. I believe treatments should be comfortable, supportive and beneficial both physically and mentally. I am thrilled to be back in Shropshire and able to support my community here.
