I am a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 15 years of clinical experience, specialising in scar therapy and women’s health. I am registered with the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council), a member of the CSP (Chartered Society of Physiotherapy), and a member of the AACP (Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists).

A key focus of my practice is scar treatment, particularly following caesarean birth. I work with women experiencing tightness, pain, numbness, pulling sensations, adhesions or ongoing symptoms related to scar tissue.

My approach combines specialist scar tissue massage, scar massage and advanced scar therapy techniques, including acupuncture and dry needling, to help improve mobility, restore tissue glide, reduce adhesions and optimise healing. Treatment is always individualised, addressing both the physical and functional impact of scarring.

Alongside scar therapy, I support women through fertility, IVF, hormonal health, pregnancy and postnatal recovery using physiotherapy and acupuncture. This broader expertise ensures truly holistic, individualised care.
