I am an experienced massage therapist with a BTEC Level 6 in Advanced Clinical and Sports Massage, trained with Jing Advanced Massage Training. My practice combines evidence-based techniques with a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to support clients living with pain, injury, or post-surgical recovery.
Combining training in clinical massage, advanced myofascial release and advanced scar work therapy, it enables me to offer safe and effective treatment for scar tissue recovery. My focus is always on the whole person—supporting both physical and emotional wellbeing.
I work collaboratively with clients to create tailored treatment plans that reduce pain, restore movement, and nurture long-term healing.

Gill was recommended to me and I can see why..
I had a total knee replacement 12 weeks ago and 2 years ago on other knee.
Scar tissue was preventing my range of movement. After a thorough examination Gill worked her magic. After the treatment which was fully explained I had no stiffness, discomfort, and felt really relaxed.
I am looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommended.
