About

Gemma is an intuitive holistic therapist with over 25 years of hands-on experience. Her approach is integrative and trauma-informed, focusing on the individual needs of each of her clients. Gemma offers a range of healing therapies, including c-section therapy, fascial release, soft and deep tissue massage, reflexology, and internal pelvic work. She believes in the importance of supporting new mothers to recover and heal well, valuing how postpartum support sets the foundation for how deeply new mothers will bond with their babies, interact with the world, and continue to care for their bodies during the rest of their reproductive years into menopause. Gemma holds a special interest in women’s health and is particularly dedicated to providing compassionate gynaecological and perinatal care.
