Welcome to my practice. I am a fully qualified Myofascial Release Therapist based in Derbyshire, specialising in effective, holistic approaches to pain relief and physical rehabilitation.

My work is focused on restoring function and comfort through gentle, targeted therapies. Alongside the MFR I use Restore Scar Therapy, which is designed to improve the mobility and appearance of all types of scars including surgical, trauma, burn and caesarean scars. This technique helps reduce discomfort, restriction, and adhesions—supporting long-term healing, functional movement, and body confidence.

I also offer Low Level Laser Therapy, also known as Photobiomodulation (PBM). This non-invasive, scientifically backed treatment stimulates the body’s natural repair mechanisms at a cellular level, offering support for tissue healing, inflammation reduction, and pain management.

In addition to my work with people, I am a trained Clinical Canine Massage Therapist. I provide specialist care for dogs experiencing musculoskeletal issues, aiding in pain relief, injury recovery, and improved mobility.
