Anna has an almost 20 years experience working as a physiotherapist with a special interest in both women’s and pelvic health as well as musculoskeletal physio.

She is passionate about providing hands on therapy to assist in regaining or maintaining your movement and function particularly if a scar is holding you back.

Anna is trained in all techniques for both Scar therapy and C- Section Scar Specialist. She loves to combine this with her extensive Physiotherapy and Exercise Science knowledge about the body. She also offers dry needling.

Anna can help guide appropriate rehab exercise and movement to help maintain any changes gained from therapy.

Anna is welcoming in nature and likes to make one feel comfortable to ensure an engaging and holistic experience, that is also evidence based.
