I have been working for over a decade as a Certified Rolfer (deep tissue/postural alignment). I noticed how many clients I saw had scars and how much a scar could impact on the fascial network as a whole. In 2021, I completed the Sharon Wheeler General ScarWork practitioner training and initially used ScarWork as an integrative part of my Rolfing ten series. I have also completed the Restore Oncology Training, which allows me to work with people with scars following cancer surgery, including mastectomy and DIEP scars. I work with all scars including hip, knee, and c-section. I now offer ScarWork on it’s own or combined with either Rolfing Structural Integration or Craniosacral therapy.
I have a quiet private studio in my garden. There is easy parking and am 5 minutes walk from Plumpton train station.
