Clare has over 15 years specialist therapy experience helping people to improve their sense of well-being, their ease of movement and to find relief from pain.
She trained in ScarWork (TM) with Sharon Wheeler and chose to specialise in Oncology Scar Therapy with Restore. She believes in listening to story behind your challenges, working together with you to meet your unique goals.
Clare combines specialist myofascial bodywork and/or restorative massage with Scar Therapy to offer an holistic treatment that helps you feel whole again.

After having surgery for a mastectomy, Clare was able to treat me for scar therapy.
Clare has a gentle yet very effective massage. There was a release from the tightness left by the scar tissue. I could then see how my body was resettling into its new shape. There was also some emotional release and I’ve been able to look at, accept my shape, and also feel proud of my body.
Altogether a lovely, calming and empowering experience.
