• Online consultations for post-surgery/scars/injury for guided self care (from day 1 post injury/surgery).

  • If a surgery is planned I would recommend organizing a pre-surgery call with me so that you can be as prepared as possible for after care.

• Online stretch + mobility sessions (1-1 or group).

• Integrated bodywork – Myofascial Release, Dry needling, Soft Tissue Therapy.

• Scar Therapy – in person speciality massage treatments
