  I was fortunate to be introduced to scar tissue therapy ahead of surgery. I reached out to Emma, which gave me comfort for the journey ahead. Post surgery I immediately made an appointment and I found the experience both moving and transformative in aiding my physical and mental recovery.
  Beyond appointments, being offered practical advice and guidance on daily care has further accelerated the healing process and given me confidence in my ever changing body.

  I developed a lot of scar tissue following surgery to reconstruct my breast from fat transferred from my thigh
  following a mastectomy. My lymphatic drainage therapist recommended Emma Holly. Emma treated my thigh and breast in the hour session using lots of different techniques and devices. She explained to me and my therapist (who attended with me) exactly what she was doing and gave me guidance on what to do at home to aid my healing. Even after one session my mobility significantly increased. Emma is an expert in scar management and is kind and understanding. I can’t recommend her enough.

  I booked an appointment with Emma after researching online how I could get help with massaging my breast to ‘bring it back to life’ after a lumpectomy and LICAP flap procedure. My session with Emma was brilliant. She is very reassuring and explains exactly what she’s doing. She used a number of methods, both with her hands and machines, and gave me clear advice on how to carry on treatment at home. I felt in expert hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Emma.

  I came to see Emma after my c section for a couple of sessions. The sessions were amazing – I could see an immediate difference – and she was so helpful in recommending at home self message and the right creams and silicone to use for ongoing maintenance. It’s now almost 11 months postpartum and I’m so pleased with how my scar has healed! Highly recommend.

  I saw Emma for quite bad scars after a breast reduction.
  She explained a treatment plan and used a machine and massage. Saw immediate results.
  Recommended treatment I could do myself at home.
  Also recommended scar cream and gel strips.
  If you want to see results then Emma is a great caring therapist to see.
