Natalie Adam Osteopathy is located at the Barnes Practice in Hertford, Hertfordshire. It is a short walk from Hertford East train station, easily accessed from Ware, St Margarets, Broxbourne, Cheshunt, Waltham Cross and Enfield. Also, within easy reach via road from Welwyn Garden City, Harlow, Hatfield, Stevenage and Bishop’s Stortford.

The clinic is easily accessible, with no steps, and there is some free parking for 1 hour outside the clinic. Parking permits are also available at reception for people with limited mobility. Nearby Tescos and Matalan car parks offer 2 hours free parking for customers and are around five to ten minutes walk from the clinic, depending on walking speed.

I also offer dry needling (a form of acupuncture), shockwave or ultrasound therapy alongside, or in addition to, scar therapy and osteopathic treatment for certain conditions.

The clinic has a reception, waiting area and a toilet.
