About
Victoria Kent is a highly experienced osteopath with over 25 years of clinical expertise, treating aches and pains throughout the whole body — not just backs. With nearly three decades of supporting women’s health, she understands how the physical and emotional demands of life can impact the body, particularly during times of hormonal change, recovery, or stress.
Victoria has a special interest in post-caesarean scar care, recognising the significant role scar healing plays in a woman’s long-term comfort, mobility and wellbeing. Poorly healed C-section scars can contribute to tension, pain, adhesions, pelvic imbalance, low back dysfunction and abdominal discomfort. They may also affect emotional recovery, especially following a traumatic birth experience.
Her approach to scar treatment is gentle, holistic and clinically informed. She emphasises the importance of early intervention — ideally around eight weeks post-surgery — to identify tension, restricted mobility or adhesion formation before longer-term complications develop. While it is never too late to improve scar function, early care can positively influence healing outcomes, mobility and appearance.
Victoria’s goal is to reduce pain, restore movement, and help her patients build resilience so their bodies can thrive through every stage of life. She provides compassionate, individualised care in a supportive clinical environment, empowering women to feel comfortable, confident and strong in their bodies again.
