After a background in sport and manual work I witnessing how pain and scars affect both physical and emotional well-being, I was inspired to change careers and qualify as a soft tissue therapist. I’ve always been moved by the healing power of touch and how it can transform lives. As I worked with clients, I saw how deeply scars can impact recovery, mobility, and confidence, leading me to specialise further as a scar therapist.

Now, I combine massage, soft tissue therapy, and scar therapy to offer a truly holistic approach to healing. My goal is to help clients regain comfort, confidence, and improved quality of life by addressing both the physical and emotional challenges scars can bring. By linking these powerful therapies, I empower the body’s self-healing mechanisms to support long-term recovery and well-being.
