HRB Therapies is set in the pretty riverside town of Upton upon Severn. There is a peaceful treatment room which is a calm space for you to relax in.
Hilary is an experienced therapist who ensures every treatment is bespoke for the individual.

There is free roadside parking available nearby but the best place to park is often the Rugby club car park as this is also free. If you are early for your appointment there is a waiting area available. Home visits are also available when needed.

After Having had a bilateral mastectomy , i found that i was very restricted in the use of my upper body , mainly the arms due to the depth of the scar , and the tightness…I had struggled to do the simple daily tasks , when I came upon Hilary.
One thing I liked, was that Hilary listened to everything that I was having issues with , and then offered me a bespoke plan to help me…..
She is extremely knowledgeable in her profession and I was grateful for her expertise …
I was unable to lift or stretch my arms , turn my torso, and it felt like I constantly had a barbed wire bra on ..I was basically restricted ,and in pain with my scar..
Her treatment was thorough and painless ,and also very therapeutic and everything was explained to me in detail..
However, and After only a few months , hilary has worked on my scarring and lymphatic drainage, much to the extent, where i now have freedom to move , lift , and stretch my arms…the tightness has gone, my scar now looks completely different as to how it was and she has been able to give me my life back.
After discussions with Hilary, we decided that i may benefit from Oscillation lymphatic drainage. I had never heard of this before but with Hilary’s expertise and knowledge, I had the confidence to try it… and I was not disappointed.. again ,the difference she has made to my wellbeing is unremarkable…
I cannot recommend this lady high enough for her treatment…..
Her room in Upton ,is certainly one of calm, privacy and complete relaxation and ive had the privilege of being able to have my bespoke, and successful treatment there…
I would definitely recommend to seek out Hilary , as she has so much more , to offer….
