Foster Therapies is a private, independent clinic run solely by me, Hayley, a Chartered Physiotherapist. My clinic offers specialist physiotherapy with a strong focus on scar therapy, women’s health, fertility, pregnancy and postnatal recovery.

As a single-therapist practice, all assessments and treatments are carried out personally by me, ensuring continuity of care and a highly individualised approach. I provide specialist scar therapy for caesarean scars, including scar tissue massage, acupuncture and dry needling techniques to address tightness, adhesions, discomfort, numbness, altered sensation and more. In addition, I provide physiotherapy for musculoskeletal issues and pregnancy-related conditions alongside acupuncture for women’s health, fertility and pregnancy-related support.

My clinic operates from a private, self-contained treatment room designed to provide a calm and discreet environment. Facilities include a private toilet and small kitchenette area, with complimentary tea and coffee available for patients.

There is convenient parking directly outside the clinic room. As this is a single-room practice, there is no separate waiting area; patients are kindly asked to arrive at their appointment time (or just before) and wait in their car until invited in.

I aim to provide specialist, one-to-one scar treatment in a professional yet nurturing space, supporting women throughout their postnatal recovery.
