I started having scar therapy at 12 weeks PP. Jess is so knowledgeable, kind and welcoming. The clinic space is clean and well equipped, spacious enough to bring my baby in her car seat. The therapy itself is tailored to your needs, comfortable throughout and Jess regularly checks in to make sure you’re fine. I noticed a difference in the swelling around my C-section scar after my initial consultation, I then had 3 more sessions booked as a package and overall have noticed my scar is flatter with more movement. I no longer have the ‘stuck’ or ‘dragging’ feelings and Jess has shown me techniques to manage this at home. It is so worth investing in yourself postpartum as it can prevent complications in the future. If you’re thinking of booking I most certainly would go for it. Thank you so much!
