Clinic Bio
Based in Northern Ireland, I qualified as a Nurse in 1989, then as a Midwife in 1991 and later as a Health Visitor in 2000. I have practiced mainly as a Midwife and worked in the NHS 38yrs before retiring to start my business Caring Hands Midwife, providing a range of holistic and clinical treatments with a focus on women’s wellness from preconception, fertility, pregnancy, fourth trimester recovery and menopause. I am passionate about supporting women in their fertility and pregnancy journeys and as a midwife have in depth understanding of the demands on a woman’s body when they have a baby and in particular the need for supportive postnatal recovery especially following a caesarean section.
