I trained to be a massage therapist because I wanted to help people achieve health and happiness through holistic massage treatments, with benefits such as alleviating pain, improving sleep or reducing stress. My initial training led me to find out more about scar massage therapy and the amazing progress that clients can make with effective treatment.

Knowledge and professionalism are important values for my business. I have been a registered nurse since 2007 and have worked across many different areas and departments, and specifically in cancer care for eight years. I believe the skills, qualities and knowledge I have gained form this has a huge impact on the treatments I deliver. I enjoy caring for people and massage gives me the opportunity to provide one-to-one support. I want people to feel the physical and mental benefits of my therapies and I strive to give a personalised treatment to each client. 

Wellbeing can be underestimated. Treatments like massage can have a profoundly positive impact on people’s overall health and wellness. Years of working as a nurse have given me clinical insight into a huge range of illnesses and injuries, with an excellent understanding of anatomy and I have seen the impact that conditions such as lymphoedema and scar tissue have on individuals. 

My background as a nurse means that I have seen it all and I can’t be shocked! Come as you are- scars, body hair, medical equipment such as catheters or stoma bags… everyone should be able to enjoy the physical and mental benefits of massage and I have seen how it can aid improved overall health and wellbeing.

My priority is for people to have the right treatment for them so I aim to really listen to you so I can understand your needs and provide bespoke treatment that is tailored to your specific needs.
