About Bellwood Therapies

Hello there! I’m Nicola, and I’m the face behind Bellwood Therapies. With over 20 years of experience as an advanced massage therapist, I’ve dedicated my career to learning and promoting well-being. My journey began as a college lecturer teaching beauty and complementary therapies, but I eventually took the leap to focus solely on my small business. It was a mix of excitement and fear, but I cherish every moment of my work.
In addition to my professional practice, I’m also a volunteer at The Old Mill Foundation Cancer Charity, where I provide therapeutic massage treatments to those affected by cancer.

In 2022 had the incredible opportunity to travel to India and train as a yin yoga teacher. This transformative experience inspired me to offer monthly yin yoga and yoga nidra sessions. It was truly a journey of a lifetime, and I’m passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with others.

Outside of my work, I treasure moments spent with my beautiful family and friends and being outdoors with my fur babies. They bring joy and balance to my life.
