Since the first scar therapy session with Lesley my pain has reduced significantly. I am having treatment for the first time on my 20 year old c section scar, there were a lot of adhesions causing pain at the scar site, and a general tightness in that area. Working on my scar has improved my mobility, the way that I walk, pain in my back, hips and scar, it’s been incredible! There is still work to do but I can’t wait to see how my body will feel in a few months time! Thanks Lesley!
Fantastic. Lesley treated my hysterectomy scar and aided my recovery. Though my scar looked good it did not feel right. Lesley used the deep oscillation and scar massage. She taught me how to massage and use “cupping”, and explained how scars and scar tissue is formed, what it does, and how to break it down safely. The added understanding of lymphatic system, and how to lightly massage residual pain in the area really speeded up my recovery and well being. I highly recommended Lesley.
