Tina is both a registered nurse and therapist. She has almost 10 years experience in treating scars. Tina specialised in Oncology and gained most of her scar therapy and bodywork experience during her 16 years as Programme Manager/Nurse Therapist at Breast Cancer Haven. Sadly this charity was forced to close after the pandemic and so Tina set up her own therapy practice full-time in 2021 – providing Aromatherapy/Massage/MLD/Scar therapy.
Tina continues to develop her clinical skills, learning scar massage and fascial release techniques with Willie Fourie, a renowned South African physiotherapist; training in ScarWork with Emma Holly in 2016; completing advanced clinical massage with Jing Institute in 2020 and most recently completing the whole package of scar therapy training with Restore and finally joining the Restore teaching team in 2023. In 2024 she joined the Restore Therapy Harley Street clinic and you can access treatment with Tina in Harley Street, London’s medical centre or in Surrey.

As a result of a breast cancer diagnosis, I have had various surgeries culminating in a double mastectomy. I’ve also had radiotherapy to the chest area where I have breast cancer related lymphoedema. Tina’s scar therapy expertise, and her manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) massage expertise, has made an enormous difference to how the scars and my chest area feel and look.
The scars are much softer, more mobile, less sensitive and less raised. The MLD massage that is integrated into each session also helps reduce any tightness and pain I have because of my lymphoedema and which impacts on one of the scars.
Tina is a very experienced, extremely personable, sensitive and approachable therapist. She was recommended to me and I certainly have no hesitation in recommending her myself.
