These may be cancer related or surgery related which is why I decided to become a Restore Scar therapist so that I can apply my knowledge to helping to treat scars as well as in my primary work as an MLD therapist.
Passionate about an holistic approach to all therapy situations and I use a multi tool approach by teaching clients breathing exercises, movement when appropriate, self massage cold therapy as well as encouraging a healthy diet by reducing Ultra Processed food and preferring nutritionally sound foods to aid in healing.
