Sarah is a specialist women’s health and cancer rehabilitation physiotherapist with over 18 years’ experience in the NHS and private practice. She combines physiotherapy and yoga therapy to offer a truly individualised approach to care.

Helping men and women during and post their cancer diagnosis, including pre- and post-operative care. Sarah offers scar management, treatment and support to regain movement, support managing treatment side effects from radiotherapy, chemotherapy and medication.

From pre- and post-natal through to menopause and beyond. Sarah offers the MummyMOT and c-section massage and visceral release.
Changes to bladder and bowel, incontinence, pelvic pain and more.
She is a member of the British Menopause Society and provides personalised programmes to support women’s menopause transition.
