Rebekah’s Soft Tissue Treatments support patients to continue to move well and live a full life. She can ease the aches and pains that come from daily life, sport, work and stress, overuse injuries and conditions such as arthritis etc
Her skills also include soft tissue treatments after injury and surgical repair, Scar therapy after trauma and/or surgery and Manual Lymphatic Drainage .
Scar therapy can be used for new scars to promote good healing and older scars which may be causing discomfort. Manual Lymphatic drainage can be used either as a standalone therapy or integrated into soft tissue and scar therapy work to improve tissue health and mobility.

Many clients have specific goals in mind and Bex is able to support by speeding recovery, improving mobility, easng tension and stress and generally providing encouragement and support.
