On leaving the NHS, I trained as a complementary therapist with the EMMETT Technique as my main therapy – a gentle muscle and soft tissue release technique.
I now combine EMMETT with Scar Therapy and find that they work really well to benefit clients of all ages and all types of illness, surgery or traumatic injury.
Previously trained in Sharon Wheeler’s ScarWork but now predominantly use Restore Scar Therapy.
