I trained as a L5 Soft Tissue Therapist in 2017 and provide clinical and remedial massage therapy from my own clinic to a wide range of clients in my local community. Having worked with a broad cross section of clients with various surgery scars – some cancer related, and others from orthopedic operations I found the skills of Scar Therapy and established very quickly how effective they are in so many situations. I work regularly with a wide range of women and men after cancer treatment and also after other surgical events and appreciate the huge value scar therapy offers, and find the improvements possible are truly wonderful. I particularly work with a lot of women who have had a mastectomy and work to increase range of movement and to ease uncomfortable and painful scars, chests and shoulder areas.
