I have been a massage therapist for over 30 years. In 2018 I retrained in myofascial release massage and did further courses in general scar therapy and completed The Restore Oncology Course in May 2023. I have a background in the fitness and health industry plus been involved with many different businesses over the years in the corporate world including accounting, sales and marketing, business coaching etc. I live rurally in Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand having moved here with my kiwi husband from England in 1999. We have a small lifestyle block and have a menagerie of animals including dogs, horses, chickens and sheep. Outside of work I love tramping, paddle boarding, horse trekking, cooking, fine dining and wine!
