I am a practitioner of Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Restore Scar Therapy and work from clinics in Cambridge and South Woodford, London. As a freelance therapist for over 30 years, my path has led me to work in a variety of medical situations – cardiac out patients, a stroke clinic and particularly cancer care with treatments for lymphoedema.

For ten years I co-run a lymphoedema clinic at a breast cancer centre at The Royal Free Hospital. More recently I’ve qualified as an Oncology Scar Specialist and completed an in-depth ‘Understanding Scars’ online course with Emma Holly’s Restore Therapy School. The knowledge and techniques I’ve gained from these courses are appropriate for any type of scar not just those related to oncology. Scar therapy integrates perfectly with manual lymphatic drainage, both are gentle in their approach and nature, but powerful in stimulating change.
