My Physio is run by Lucy Smith, a fully qualified and insured Physiotherapist. She has many years of experience working within the NHS gaining experience working with patients from, Critical care, Orthopaedics trauma and elective surgery, Neurology and Musculoskeletal (MSK) outpatients. since working in MSK Lucy has found a passion of working in oncology physiotherapy particularly breast care and scar management.

Working from her own clinic at home, offering a range of treatment techniques such as- massage, myofacial release, exercise prescription, silicon cupping and kinesiotaping.
