I am a Women’s Health Specialist with over 18 years’ experience. I tailor all appointments to the individual, ensuring that they receive exactly what they need at that time. I have experience of working with all types of scars including Oncology, in particular Breast Cancer, C-Section, accidents and surgeries, including keyhole surgeries. Along with my Restore Scar Therapy, I also use Bowen and Emmett Technique to help with the rehabilitation of the whole body. I am also a Breast Cancer Rehabilitation Coach and use this alongside Restore Scar Therapy to support clients through their cancer treatment and beyond. As a fully qualified Pilates Teacher, I often incorporate exercises to also help with rehabilitation, recovery and improvement of ROM and/or any discomfort.
